Typical Madeira night "Folklore e Fado" .Noite Tipica "folclore e fado"

 A noite tipica é uma das mais conhecidas na madeira , começando com a poncha ,bebida com  uma grande percentagem de alcool +/-40% ,feita com aguardente de cana local ,sumo de laranja ,limão e mel de abelha .Depois este aperitivo ,a deliciossa espetada de carne de vaca ou frango ,acompanhada de milho frito ,salada e o tradicional bolo do caco com manteiga de alho ,uma delicia .Tudo isto apreciando o espetaculo de folclore e o fado.

The Typical Madeira night is one of the best, starting with a "poncha "local drink with high alcohol content more or less 40% , made with the local rum orange and lemon juice and honey, after an appetizer it comes the best one skewered beef cow or chicken ,this skewer usually made of laurel ,with cubed fried corn, salad and "Bolo do caco " local bread with garlic butter a delight ,enjoying it all, in front of a spectacle of fado and local folklore.
